The collaboration between MUSA and the Inspirate talk show provides an important platform to share and collect ideas and strategies on the best economic model possible to achieve socio-economic justice for all.
The making of a post-COVID world that is better and fairer will be explored with economists, policy experts and community leaders. MUSA is promoting a shift to a new economic paradigm and new socio-economic model that has the following objectives:
- To activate people and community-driven development;
- To stimulate community economies;
- To infuse Islamic, African, Alternative/New development approaches and instruments;
- To develop social cohesion and solidarity within and between communities; and
- To align private sector and government policy, programmes and resources into local and sustainable human settlements and systems.
